TROY "” Troy held off a pesky Sayre squad here Wednesday evening for a 3-0 sweep in NTL volleyball action.

The Lady Trojans won by scores of 25-17, 25-16, and 25-22.

Rachel Vandermark led Sayre with six service aces and four digs, while Elizabeth Boyle had five setter assists and three digs, and Gianna Quattrini had six digs, two aces, and one block.

Gabbi Randall registered four kills and one block for the Lady Redskins, while Maddison Belles had three digs, two kills, and two aces, Gabby Shaw added two kills and one block, and Emma Smith chipped in with two digs.

Sayre, now 0-13, travels to Wyalusing Thursday.
