ELMIRA - The Elmira Enforcers / Elmira Pioneers will be "Helping People in Need" Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. here at the First Arena.

There will be free, warm clothing, health-care products, and a hot meal available to all those in need.

The event will adhere to all CDC and state Covid-19 guidelines.
