OLEAN, N.Y. - Sayre grad Matt Williams, Waverly grad Brendyn Stillman, and Tioga grad Pierce Hendershot each homered for St. Bonaventure Thursday afternoon, but it wasn't quite enough as the Bonnies dropped an 11-10 decision to Fordham in 10 innings in Atlantic-10 baseball action.

Williams belted a two-run home run in the first inning to give St. Bonaventure a quick 2-0 lead. Two batters later, Stillman smacked a solo homer to make it 3-0.

Hendershot's solo blast - his first collegiate home run - in the fifth inning gave the Bonnies a 9-4 lead.

Hendershot had two hits, including the homer, two runs scored, and RBI, while Williams homered, scored two runs, and drove in two runs, and Stillman's homer was his only hit in four at-bats.

Hendershot, a freshman, has hit safely in five straight game, and eight of his last nine. In the last five games,  he has seven hits in 18 at-bats, two doubles, one home run, two RBI, and three runs scored.

On the season, Hendershot is hitting .266 (21 hits in 79 ABs) with three doubles, one triple, one home run, six RBI, and six runs scored.

Stillman, a junior, has hit safely in seven of his last eight games, including four multiple-hit games. In that span, he has 11 hits in 32 at-bats with five doubles, four home runs, nine RBI, and five runs scored.

On the season, Stillman is hitting .248 (25 hits in 101 ABs) with 10 doubles, one triple, four home runs, 15 RBI, and 18 runs scored.

Williams, a junior, has hit safely in seven of his last nine games, with 7 hits in 30 ABs, one double, one home run, three RBI, and five runs scored.

On the season, Williams is hitting .228 (21 hits in 92 ABs) with three doubles, one triple, two home runs, 14 RBI and 17 runs scored.

St. Bonaventure, now 6-22, finishes up its season with a doubleheader Friday against Fordham, and a single game Saturday afternoon.
