Valley Sports ReportODESSA "” Unbeaten Tioga cruised past Odessa-Montour in a sweep here Monday night in IAC South Large School Division volleyball action.
The Lady Tigers, won 4-0, won by scores of 25-11, 25-13, and 25-12.
Nina Spano led Tioga with eight service points and two digs, while Hailey Browne had five points and two kills, Kyra Bailey recorded five points, and Emme Hall added four points, two kills, two blocks, and two digs.
Molly Bombard had four points and 11 setter assists in the win, while Megan Shumway had four points and two blocks, Julia Bellis had two points, a team-high five kills, and three digs, Austyn Vance had two kills and six digs, Lily Mesler added nine assists, and Mariah Nichols chipped in with two points.
Tioga returns to action Wednesday at Waverly.
JV: Tioga swept the junior varsity match by scores of 25-9 and 25-3.
Kaitlyn Vasey-Hunt led Tioga with 18 points and three kills, Joslyn Maciak had nine points, RaeAnn Feeko contributed eight points and eight assists, Layni Whitmore added eight points and two kills, and Emily Bidwell registered eight points.
