Cole Williams, a freshman on the Morrisville State football team, saw his most significant action of the season Saturday in the Mustangs' 41-10, win over Buffalo State.
After an injury to a starter, Williams, who played a handful of snaps in Morrisville's first three games, played the entire second half on the offensive line.
MOrrisville State racked up 386 yards in total offense, including 283 yards on the ground. The Mustang runners averaged 6.7 yards per carry, and scored five rushing TDs.
Morrisville State opens Empire 8 Conference play Saturday when it hosts Cortland.
