YOUTH BASEBALL: SAYRE LITTLE LEAGUE CELEBRATES OPENING DAY; HORTONS HONORED FOR YEARS OF SERVICE (2022-04-30)

SAYRE — Sunshine, a gaggle of kids ready for baseball season, and a large crowd welcomed Opening Day of 2022 for the Sayre Little League.

After the Little League athletes, as well as the Sayre High School baseball teams paraded their way on to the field, Sayre High School coach Jamie VanDuzer and Sayre LL officials addressed the crowd.

The ceremony was capped when Rich and Jeremy Horton were honored for their years of service to the Sayre Little League.
