IAC BOYS GOLF: KNIGHT LEADS WAVERLY TO WIN OVER O-M (2022-05-10)

ITHACA — Senior Jackson Knight led four Waverly scorers at 48 or less in a 188-222 win over Odessa-Montour here Tuesday afternoon in IAC boys golf action.

Knight shot a 45 on the par-35 lay-out, while senior Davis Croft carded a 47, and seniors Matt Atanasoff and Declan Murphy shot matching rounds of 48.

Junior Joey Bernatavitz had a non-scoring round of 50, and junior Evan Davies tacked on a 51.

Freshman David Patterson earned low-medal honors, and led O-M with a 44, and junior Benson Patterson added a 46.

Waverly, now 3-5, hosts Trumansburg Thursday.
