FLEMINGTON, N.J. — The Susquehanna River Rats 16U travel baseball team went 2-1 over the weekend here at a three-game Diamond Nation Showcase Tournament.

Susquehanna River Rats 6, Locked-In Expos 1
Athens’ Lucas Kraft tossed a complete game to lead the River Rats to a 6-1 win over the Cedar Knolls, N.J.-based Locked-In Expos Friday.

Kraft allowed one unearned run on four hits in seven innings to earn the win. He fanned nine and walked three.

Kraft also doubled, scored one run, and drove in one run at the plate, while Wyalusing’s Isaac Shaffer singled twice and drove in one run, and Camryn Harwick singled, scored one run, and drove in one run.

SJ Blue Jays 11, Susquehanna River Rats 4
The River Rats jumped out to a 4-0 lead, the S.J. Blue Jays used a seven-run fourth-inning rally to post an 11-4 win Saturday morning.

Wyalusing’s Trehnon Hugo singled and twice and scored one run, while Wyalusing’s Nick Vanderpool singled, scored two runs, and drove in one run, and Wyalusing’s C.J. Carr singled and scored one run to account for the River Rats’ offense.

Susquehanna River Rats 6, UnCommon Black 4
The River Rats rallied from an early three-run deficit to pull out a 6-4 win o er the West COnshy, Pa.-based UnCommon Black squad Sunday morning.

Hugo singled and drove in two runs, while Wyalusing’s Kenny Mapes singled and scored two runs, and Shaffer singled, scored one run, and knocked in one run to pace the River Rats at the plate.

Wyalusing’s Hunter House earned the win on the mound, allowing four runs on six hits, while striking out eight and walking five in a complete-game six-inning effort.
