WATKINS GLEN — The Tioga girls swept O-M in decisive fashion, while the Tioga boys dropped a 3-1 decision here Thursday afternoon in IAC bowling action at Harborside Lanes.

GIRLS
Tioga 4, O-M 0

Junior Chloe Gillette rolled a 481 series — high series of the day for any Tioga bowler — to lead the Lady Tigers in a 4-0 sweep of O-M.

Tioga won all three games by a minimum of 203 pins for a total-pinfall victory of 2,046 to 1,348.

Senior BobbiJo Tarbox shot a 400 for the Lady Tigers, while senior Caroline Chapman had a 381, freshman Kelsey Helmich had a 366, Jamie Card added a 350, and sophomore Alicia Bennett tacked on a 246.

Sarah B led O-M with a 366 series.

Tioga improves to 20-8 on the season.

BOYS
O-M 3, Tioga 1

The Tigers won the third game 784-705, but O-M won the first two by scores of 713-665, and 764-661, for a total-pinfall victory of 2,182 to 2,120.

Freshman Nick Slater led Tioga with a 468 series, while senior Gage Cain had a 461, and senior Frak Chapman had a 442

Senior Brad Webb rolled a 399 for the Tigers, while Mason Green added a 343, and Kam Joyce tacked on a 295.

Dom E led O-M with a 503 series.

The Tigers fall to 17-11 on the season.

Tioga returns to action Tuesday when it hosts Edison at the Valley Bowling Center.
