COLLEGE SOFTBALL: TIOGA GRAD CULVER EARNS WINS IN CONSECUTIVE STARTS FOR CALDWELL (2023-03-26)

Mariah Culver, a senior on the Caldwell University softball team, has won her last two starts to improve to 2-3 on the season for the Lady Cougars.
On Wednesday, Culver allowed one run on three hits, while striking out a season-high 10 batters, and walking just one in a complete-game seven-inning effort to earn her first win of the season. Caldwell topped New Haven, 6-1.
On Friday, Culver allowed three runs on four hits in 2 1/3 innings in an 11-3 win over Mercy. She struck out one and walked one.
On the season, Culver is 2-3 with a 3.35 ERA. She has allowed 26 hits in 23 innings, while striking out 21 and walking eight.
Caldwell, now 7-7, hosts Holy Family University Sunday in a doubleheader.
