YOUTH BOWLING: LOCAL FOURSOME WINS NY STATE USBC YOUTH TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

SYRACUSE — Four local bowlers won the scratch division championship at the 54th Annual New York State USBC Youth Team Tournament Championships here on Sunday.
The team, named Emily’s Boys, consisted of Horseheads’ Emily Huntley; Corning’s Joseph Enderle and Cameron Kennedy and Waverly’s Zach Vanderpool.
Individually Enderle had the high series of the tournament, shooting a 765 with games of 263, 289 and 213.
Vanderpool shot 228, 216 and 242 for a 686, while Huntley had a 224, 223 and 204 for a 651. Kennedy shot 169, 214 and 215 for a 598.
Emily’s boys shot 2,700 as a team to win the title.
