WAVERLY’S TOMASSO NAMED McGUIRE’S SEPTIC SERVICE BOYS "ATHLETE OF THE WEEK"Tomasso accounted for five TDs in leading the reigning Section IV, Class C champion Wolverines to a 45-8 win over Class Elmira Friday night.
Tomasso completed 19 of 24 passes for 319 yards, and four TDs — passes of 40, 3, 27, and 63 yards to four different receivers.
He also rushed for 73 yards on seven carries, and had a 69-yard TD run.

WAVERLY’S KITTLE NAMED McGUIRE’S SEPTIC SERVICE GIRLS "ATHLETE OF THE WEEK"Kittle is no stranger to breaking records in the pool for the Lady Wolverines, and she again helped re-write part of the record book over the weekend.
On Friday, Kittle broke her own school record in the preliminaries of the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 59.71. She won the event Saturday in a time of 1:00.1.
Kittle, who also placed second in the 50-yard freestyle in the loaded field, was also part of school-record times in the 200-yard medley, and 200-yard freestyle relays.
On Tuesday, Kittle won four events, and set a Windsor pool record in the 50 free, clocking in with a time of 24.79 seconds.
