WOMEN'S COLLEGE WRESTLING: TIOGA GRAD SINDONI REMAINS UNBEATEN WITH WINS AT N.Y. STATE COLLEGIATE DUALS (2024-01-28)

ELMIRA - Tioga grad Emily Sindoni, a freshman on the D’Youville women’s wrestling team, remained unbeaten with a technical fall, and a forfeit in action during the New York State Collegiate Duals here at Elmira College Sunday afternoon.

In D’Youville’s first match, Sindoni scored a 10-0 technical fall over Elmira College’s Gabby Branigan in their 130-pound match-up. The Soaring Eagles won the match, 35-14.

She received a forfeit in D’Youville’s 35-0 win over Utica University.

Sindoni is now 6-0 on the season, with one fall, and two technical falls. She is also 4-0 in exhibition matches.

D’Youville returns to action Sunday at the Frostburg Open.
