SECTION IV GIRLS BASKETBALL: BCANY NAMES WAVERLY'S JUDSON SECOND-TEAM SECTION IV ALL-STAR (March 19, 2024)

WAVERLY — Waverly freshman Ryleigh Judson was recently named a second-team Section IV all-star by the Basketball Coaches Association of New York (BCANY).

The BCANY named 15 players to the first team, and 15 more to the second team from the entirety of Section IV, regardless of classification.

Judson, limited to 16 games by a late-season injury, can score from anywhere on the floor. She averaged 15.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.1 deflections, and 1.2 steals per game.
