WEDNESDAY'S SLATE COMPLETELY WASHED OUT (2024-04-03)
Valley Sports ReportTHE VALLEY — The heavy rains causing fllooding in the region have also washed out all the high school sports action on Wednesday's schedule.
The following has been postponed:
• Athens' home track meet against Wyalusing and Troy scheduled for this afternoon has been postponed, and re-scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m.
• Tioga's track meet at Odessa-Montour has been postponed, and re-scheduled for April 9.
• The Athens baseball and softball home games against Wyalusing scheduled for this afternoon have been postponed. No make-up date has been announced.
• Tioga's home baseball game against Marathon has also been postponed. No make-up date has been announced.
• Waverly's home softball game against Addison, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday, has been re-scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m.
