BOYS GOLF: WAVERLY FALLS TO ADDISON IN SEASON-OPENER (2024-04-13)

PAINTED POST, N.Y. — Junior Carson McIsaac paced Waverly in its season-opener Friday afternoon, but Addison proved too much in a 163-223 win here at Indian Hills Golf Club.

McIsaac shot a 48 for the Wolverines, while sophomore MacTalada shot a 50, freshman Daniel Fischer carded a 58, and sophomore Tristan Campbell added a 67.

Addison’s Ryan Thompson shot an even-par round of 36 to earn low-medal honors, and Tazer Fanton shot a 40. Jackson Nichols and Zane Wheeler added rounds of 43 and 44, respectively, for the Knights.

Waverly returns to action Monday at Dryden.
