BOYS GOLF: McISAAC FIRES CAREER-LOW ROUND, BUT WAVERLY FALLS TO DRYDEN (2024-04-15)

CORTLAND — Waverly junior Carson McIsaac fired a career-best round, but Dryden pulled out 184-200 win in non-league boys golf action here Monday afternoon at Elm Tree Golf Course.

McIsaac fired a 42 on the par-35 Elm Tree course, while freshman Daniel Fischer shot a 50, and sophomores Mac Talada and Tristan Campbell each shot rounds of 54.

Dryden’s Danny Murphy earned low-medal honors with a 39, while Ben Wojcik shot a 43, Brennan Poole carded a 50, and Chris Parker added a 52.

Waverly, now 0-2, returns to action Friday when it hosts Tioga.
