games from Wednesday to Tuesday with rain in the forecast.
The
docket features softball games at Athens, Tioga, and Waverly, a baseball
game at Athens, track meets at Tioga and Waverly, and a golf match at
Tioga Country Club.
BASEBALL
NEB (3-2) at Athens (3-3), 4:30 p.m.: The Wildcats are coming off an 11-0 win over Williamson Sunday, while the Panthers dropped a 7-0 decision to Wylausing.
Sayre (2-2) at North Penn-Mansfield (6-3), 4:30 p.m.:
The Redskins are coming off a 10-9 win over Sullivan County Monday,
while the Tigers dropped a 6-0 decision to unbeaten Montgomery.
Waverly (9-0, 8-0 STAC Central) at Chenango Forks (5-3, 3-3), 5 p.m.: The Wolverines won the first game of the three-game series Monday, 11-5.
SOFTBALL
NEB (4-0) at Athens (1-3), 4:30 p.m.: The Wildcats are coming off a 4-2 win over Williamson Sunday, while the Panthers edged Towanda, 6-5, Monday.
Sayre (2-2) at North Penn-Liberty (7-0) , 4:30 p.m.: The Redskins are coming off a 10-9 win over Sullivan County Monday, while the Mountaineers blanked Wyalusing, 13-0.
NP-L has outscored its opponents 75-2 in seven games this season.
Groton (0-5) at Tioga (2-0), 4:30 p.m.: The Tigers won the first game of the three-game series, 16-2, on Monday.
BOYS GOLF
Candor at Tioga (2-1), 4 p.m.: The
Tigers suffered their first loss of the season Monday — 177-183 to
Union Springs, while the Indians topped S-VE, 203-226, Wednesday.
