COLLEGE BASEBALL: SAYRE GRAD HANAFIN HITS SAFELY IN 12 OF LAST 14 GAMES AT PENN COLLEGE (2024-05-11)

WILLIAMSPORT - Sayre grad Quinn Hanafin, a senior on the Penn College baseball team, wrapped up his collegiate career by hitting safely in 12 of his final 14 games.

On the season, Hanafin hit .317 (39 hits in 123 at-bats) with 14 runs scored, seven doubles, two home runs, 27 RBI.

Hanafin drew 16 base on balls, was hit by a pitch for an on-base percentage of .350. He also had a .561 slugging percentage for a .911 OPS.

Hanafin had 10 multi-hit games, including a trio of three-hit games, and finishes his two-year career at Penn College with 98 hits and a .350 batting average.
