MEN'S COLLEGE SOCCER: WAVERLY GRAD RYCK STARTS SEASON-OPENER FOR KEUKA COLLEGE (2024-09-02)

MORRISVILLE — Waverly grad Nate Ryck, a senior on the Keuka College men’s soccer team started and played a full 90 minutes on the defensive end in the Wolves’ 3-0 loss to SUNY Morrisville here Friday at Drake Field.

In a game that featured 10 yellow cards — five against each team, the Mustangs had a 7-6 edge in shots-on-goal.

Ryck, who started all 14 games at Keuka last season, played his first two seasons at Elmira College.

Horseheads grad Owen Thorpe had three of Keuka’s six shots-on-goal.

Keuka College returns to action Saturday at Penn College.
