THE VALLEY — The Tioga boys soccer team, and the Athens and Sayre golfers are in action in the Valley Monday, which is the start of an extremely busy week.

GIRLS SOCCER
Athens (5-0) at Wyalusing (5-1-1), 4 p.m.: The Wildcats are coming off a 2-1 win over New York State Class B champion Bath-Haverling Saturday, while the Rams suffered their first loss of the season Wednesday — a 5-4 setback at home against Troy.

BOYS SOCCER
Whitney Point (0-3) at Tioga (0-5-1), 6 p.m.: The Tigers are coming off a 1-1 tie with Newark Valley Friday, while the Golden Eagles dropped a 5-4 decision to Norwich.

Waverly (1-3) at Seton Catholic (1-1-1), 7 p.m.: The Wolverines are coming off a 2-0 loss to Susquehanna Valley Wednesday, while the Saints edged Chenango Valley, 2-1, Friday.

VOLLEYBALL
Tioga (2-0) at Watkins Glen (0-3), 5 p.m. JV start: The Tigers are coming off a sweep of the reigning New York State Class B champion Lansing Thursday, while the Lake Hawks were swept by Newark Valley.

GOLF
Athens, Sayre at NTL Match #6 at Shepard Hills, 1 p.m.: The Wildcats are 30-0, and have won 20 NTL league matches in a row, while Sayre enters today’s action at 0-30.

BOYS GOLF
Waverly (0-3) at Norwich (4-0), 4 p.m.: The Wolverines are coming off a 232-256 loss to Owego Thursday, while the Purple Tornadoes won a 207-249 decision over Windsor.

JV FOOTBALL
Sayre at Cowanesque Valley, 6 p.m.
Waverly at Binghamton, 5:30 p.m.
