IAC CROSS COUNTRY: WOOD, DELMAGE PACE TIOGA'S EFFORTS AT DIVISIONAL MEET; EARN ALL-STAR STATUS (2024-10-09)

GROTON — Talon Wood and Brooke Delmage paced Tioga’s efforts at the IAC Small School Cross Country divisional meet.

Wood finished eighth in the boys race in a time of 19:30, and Delmage was 13th in the girls race in 26:46. Both earned second-team all-IAC Small School all-star honors.

Carter Allen placed 50th in the boys race in a time of 31:53.

For the girls, Kendall Ward finished 21st in a time of 28:26, while Alicia Bennett was 25th in 30:25, Maddie Burrowes was 28th in 32:49, and Lacey Ward was 31st in 34:24.

Candor won the girls team title with 29 placement points, while S-VE was second with 40 points, Tioga was third with 76, and O-M was fourth with 78.
