COLLEGE FOOTBALL: TIOGA GRAD WILLIAMS NAMED SECOND-TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE IN EMPIRE 8 (2024-11-22)

Cole Williams was recently named a second-team selection to the Empire 8 All-Conference football team. He has started 36 consecutive games, and the 6-4, 335-pound senior offensive linemen will get one more start at Morrisville State.
Williams will start his 37th and final game when the Mustangs (6-4) host Stevenson University (5-5) Saturday in the ECAC Division III Robert M. Scotty Whitelaw Bowl.
Morrisville won five of its final six regular-season games, including the last three, to qualify for a postseason berth.
Williams started all 10 games for Morrisville on the offensive line, anchoring the unit that allowed the team to generate 161.9 yards rushing per game and 293.8 yards total offense per game, along with 24 touchdowns.
Williams was a third-team All-Empire 8 selection as a junior.
Saturday's Whhitelaw Bowl begins at noon.
