STAC BOYS SWIMMING: WILLIAMS WINS PAIR OF EVENTS; WAVERLY FALLS TO WINDSOR, 74-24 (2024-12-19)

WAVERLY — Finn Williams won a pair of events, but under-manned Waverly dropped a 74-24 decision to Windsor here Thursday in STAC boys swimming action.

Williams won the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 24.76 seconds, and Caden Vanderhoof placed fifth in 33.78 seconds.

Williams also won the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 57.51 seconds, and Vanderhoof was fifth in 1:28.17.

Ramey Grazette won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:24.63, and placed second in the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 1:16.58.

Waverly, now 0-3, returns to action Jan. 7 at Susquehanna Valley.
