THE VALLEY — Postseason wrestling begins this week with the Section IV Duals at Waverly, and the IAC and STAC Championships over the week, as well as the Windsor Girls Wrestling Tournament Monday, and Athens traveling to the rugged Coal Cracker Invite.

There are 26 games on the docket this week, including six on Friday and six on Saturday.

The following are all of the home varsity events this week, and a few of the notable road events:

MONDAY (2)
•  Waverly and Tioga are in action at the Windsor Girls Wrestling Tournament.

•  The Sayre boys host Sullivan County in a non-league basketball contest.

TUESDAY (5)
•  Tioga hosts Candor in an IAC Small School bowling match at the Valley Bowling Center.

WEDNESDAY (5)
•  Waverly hosts and competes in the Section IV Wrestling Duals.

•  Athens hosts Canton in NTL boys basketball action.

•  Sayre hosts Troy in a battle of NTL boys basketball division leaders.

•  Unbeaten Athens travels to face Towanda in NTL wrestling.

•  Waverly hosts U-E in a key STAC bowling match.

THURSDAY (2)
•  Athens hosts Northeast Bradford in girls basketball action.

•  Sayre hosts North Penn-Mansfield in a girls hoop tilt.

FRIDAY (6)
•  Waverly is in action at Day 1 of the STAC Wrestling Championships.

•  Tioga hosts IAC South Small School rival Candor on the hardwoods.

•  Tioga hosts Sidney in a non-league bowling match.

•  The Athens wrestlers are in action at the rugged Coal Cracker Invite.

SATURDAY (6)
•  Tioga is in action at the IAC Wrestling Championships at Watkins Glen.

•  Waverly is in action at Day 2 of the STAC Wrestling Championships.

•  The Athens wrestlers are in action at Day 2 of the rugged Coal Cracker Invite.

•  Waverly hosts Tioga in a non-league boys basketball game.

•  Waverly hosts Susquehanna Valley in a key STAC girls basketball match-up.
