THE VALLEY — The forecast of strong storms and rain late this afternoon has resulted in Mother Nature wiping Tuesday's slate clean of action.

•  The Athens baseball and softball homes games this afternoon have been postponed, and re-scheduled for Wednesday.

•  The Tioga boys home golf match against S-VE has been postponed and re-scheduled for Monday.

•  The Sayre baseball and softball games at Cowanesque Valley have been postponed and re-scheduled for Wednesday.

•  Sayre's track & field meet at Canton has been canceled and will not be made up.
