STAC VOLLEYBALL: SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY RALLIES TO TOP WAVERLY, 3-1 (2025-09-11)
Valley Sports ReportCONKLIN, N.Y. — Waverly won the opening set, but Susquehanna Valley rallied to take the next three in a 3-1 win here Thursday night in STAC volleyball action.
The Wolverines opened the night with a 25-21 win, but the Sabers responded with wins of 25-19, 26-24, and 25-19.
Brilynn Belles led Waverly with a triple-double — 16 service points, including three aces, 12 kills, and 11 digs, as well as one block and one setter assists.
Emma Richards-Randall had seven points, including four aces, nine setter assists, two kills, one block, and two digs, while Addison Hunt had four points and four kills, and Malia Phillips had four points, two kills and one block.
Ava Heath had three points, two kills, and 11 digs for the Wolverines, while Adriana Presher had two points, two kills, and 23 digs, Mya Chamberlain added 10 assists and two digs, and Addison Foster chipped in with three points.
Waverly, now 1-3, returns to action Saturday at the Homer Tournament.
