STAC CROSS COUNTRY: WAVERLY BOYS PLACE THIRD AT STOCK CONWICKE INVITE (2025-09-13)

VESTAL — Waverly, paced by junior Chase Hine, finished third in the boys race here Saturday at the Stock Conwicke Cross Country Invitational, while junior Taylor Sinsabaugh had a Top-20 finish to lead the incomplete girls team.
Waverly finished with 103 points, behind team champ Vestal, which tallied 20 points, and runner-up Horseheads, which had 47 points.
Hine finished 14th in a time of 17:31.6 on the 2.75-mile course.
Sophomore Hayden Montanye was 22nd in 18:06.4, and freshman Braiden Judson was 23rd in 18:07.6,
Junior Jayden Washington was 37th in 20:24.5, and freshman Colten Santalucia was 38th in 20:25.0.
Sophomore Garrett Akins was 55th in 23:45.6.
SINSABAUGH PACES LADY WOLVERINES
Sinsabaugh finished 16th in a time of 24:09.3, while sophomore Miah Correll was 33rd in 27:1.4, 8th-grader Phoebe Minaker was 34h in 27:21.3, and sophomore Isabella Minaker was 43rd in 30:09.2.
Waverly returns to action Friday at the Owego Night Invitational.
