TIOGA'S BELLIS NAMED ZIFF LAW FIRM REGIONAL BOYS 'ATHLETE OF THE WEEK'Bellis, who missed his junior season with a knee injury, had a career game in Tioga's 34-14 win over New York state's top-ranked Class D Delhi.
Bellis ran for 300 yards on 19 carries, scoring on runs of 46, 51, and 85 yards — all in the second half. He also had a 35-yard run to set up Tioga's final score of the game.
Bellis also had two catches for 35 yards, including a 20-yard TD reception to end the first half.

TROY'S RENZO NAMED ZIFF LAW FIRM REGIONAL GIRLS 'ATHLETE OF THE WEEK'Renzo had a big week for Troy with six goals and an assist as the Trojans went 3-0.
Renzo had a hat trick in an 8-0 win over the Panthers, and followed that up with two goals and an assist in a 6-0 win over NP-Mansfield.
She finished off the week with a goal in Troy's win over Loyalsock in Canton.
