BINGHAMTON — Senior Mira Kittle and freshman Natalie Steck were triple-winners in Waverly's, 102-66, win over Chenango Valley here Tuesday afternoon in STAC girls swimming action.
The Wolverines also took down a pair of pool record at CV.
Seniors Olivia Cheresnowsky and Elizabeth Robinson, sophomore Lauryn Welles, and freshman Megan Atanasoff and Audrey Kellogg were double-winners for the Wolverines, who improve to 5-0 on the season.
Kittle and Steck, teamed with Cheresnowsky and Atanasoff to win the 200-yard medley relay in a new pool record time of 1:52.88, eclipsing the record of 1:54.14 set in 2011.
Kittle teamed with Atanasoff, Cheresnowsky and Welles to win the 200-yard freestyle relay in a pool record time of 1:40.6, besting the mark of 1:42.03 set in 2015.
The Waverly foursome of freshmen Brynna Twedt and Ayla Wheeler, Isabella Miner, and senior Elizabeth Robinson was second in the 200 free relay in 1:55.45.
Kittle won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:07.77, and Atanasoff was second in 1:09.63.
Steck won the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:31.68, and Twedt was second in 2:37.72.
Steck won the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:16.79, and Welles was second in 1:18.42.
Wells led a sweep in the 50-yard freestyle, clocking in at 25.48 seconds, while Cheresnowsky was second in 26.33 seconds, and Wheeler was third in 28.88 seconds.
Robinson won the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 1:12.87.
Kellogg won the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 57.86 seconds, and Twedt was second in 1:00.14.
Twedt, Wheeler, Kellogg and Robinson teamed to win the 400-yard freestyle in a time of 4:13.4.
Kellogg finished second in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 2:12.92.
Miner was third in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 7:17.29.
Waverly returns to action Friday at Oneonta.
