STAC BOYS SWIMMING: WAVERLY'S WILLIAMS A DOUBLE-WINNER IN SEASON-OPENING DOUBLE-DUAL (2 PHOTOS) (December 10, 2025)

OWEGO — Waverly senior Finn Williams won a pair of events, and sophomore Ramey Grazette posted a pair of second-place finishes in season-opening losses to Owego and Chenango Forks in STAC boys swimming action.

Owego topped Waverly, 87-20, and Chenango Forks won a 62-22 decision.

Williams won the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 25.48 seconds, and Grazette was second in 27.72 seconds.

Williams also won the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 56.92 seconds.

Grazette was also second in the 100-yard butterfly, clocking in with a time of 1:14.66.

Waverly returns to action Wednesday when it hosts Norwich.
