STAC BOYS SWIMMING: WAVERLY'S WILLIAMS REACHES PODIUM IN TWO EVENTS AT WOLVERINE INVITE (January 10, 2026)

WAVERLY — Senior Finn Williams reached the podium in a pair of events to pace Waverly's efforts here Saturday afternoon at its Wolverines Swimming & Diving Invitational.

Williams placed fifth in the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 53.83 seconds. He finished sixth in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 24.11 seconds.

Sophomore Ramey Grazette finished 12th in a time of 1:08.37.

Corning won the team title with 398 points, while Ithaca was second with 326, Vestal was third with 268.5 points, Horseheads was fourth with 266 points, and U-E was fifth with 211 points.

Waverly returns to action Jan. 23 when it hosts Owego Free Academy.
