STAC BOYS SWIMMING: UNDER-MANNED WAVERLY FALLS TO CV, NORWICH (January 28, 2026)

BINGHAMTON — Senior Finn Williams picked up a win and a second-place finish, but under-manned Waverly dropped decisions to Chenango Valley and Norwich here Wednesday afternoon at Chenango Valley High School.

CV topped the two-mean Waverly team, 101-16, while Norwich won 101-18.

Williams won the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 24.47 seconds, and sophomore Ramey Grazette was sixth in 28.88 seconds.

Williams was second in the 100-yard freestyle in 54.6 seconds.

Grazette finished third in the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:22.17.

Waverly closes out the regular season Tuesday at Susquehanna Valley.
