NTL GIRLS BASKETBALL: TROY RIDES FIRST-QUARTER BARRAGE TO BIG WIN OVER SAYRE (February 5, 2026)Valley Sports ReportSAYRE — Northeast Bradford raced out to a 27-point first-quarter lead on its way to a 60-8 win over Sayre here Thursday night in NTL Small School Division girls basketball action.
The Panthers poured in 30 points in the first quarter, while freshman Afftyn VanDuzer canned a 3-pointer for Sayre's only points.
NEB outscored Sayre, 17-0, to tame a 47-3 lead into the halftime locker room.
Senior Rylee Lantz led Sayre with five points and six rebounds, while VanDuzer added three points, senior Olivia had three boards and four steals, and sophomore Allia BEnnett grabbed three rebounds.
Sayre returns to action Saturday night at Canton.
