DISTRICT 4 GIRLS WRESTLING: ATHENS HAS FIVE WRESTLERS SEEDED IN TOP-FOUR AT DISTRICTS (February 13, 2026)
Valley Sports ReportWILLIAMSPORT — The Athens girls will have five wrestlers seeded in the top-four in their weight class here Saturday at the District 4 Girls Wrestling Championships at Williamsport High School.
The top five in each weight class advance to next Saturday's Central Regional Championships at Milton High School.
Senior Leah Nason (20-3) is the top seed at 235 pounds, while senior Hanna Rathbun (30-3) is the second seed at 130 pounds, and junior Abigail Wagner (19-6) is the second seed at 170 pounds.
Junior Joyce Clink (24-7) is the third seed at 118 pounds, and freshman Chelsey Renninger (20-12) is the fourth seed at 142 pounds.
Freshman Skylynn Payne (16-2) is the sixth seed at 190 pounds, while sophomore Memphis Paul (22-8) is the sixth seed at 136 pounds, and sophomore Alyssa Rinebold (16-10) is the sixth seed at 106 pounds.
Freshman Haley Brinkley (6-13) is the ninth seed at 100 pounds, and Sayre freshman Isabella Stamile (3-13) is the 13th seed.
Sayre's Mikyah Brown (12-10) is the 10th seed at 155 pounds.
Sophomore Mya Burke (8-11) is the 12th seed at 112 pounds, and sophomore Makayla Brinkley (8-11) is the 13th seed at 124 pounds.
