DISTRICT 4 BOYS BASKETBALL: SAYRE OPENS CLASS AA PLAYOFFS ON ROAD WEDNESDAY (February 15, 2026)

THE VALLEY — Sayre will open play on the road Wednesday in the District 4, Class AA boys basketball playoffs.

Sayre (3-19) travels to Northeast Bradford (19-3) for a 7 p.m. start in a quarter-final match-up.

The winner will face the winner of Friday's game between fourth-seeded St. John Neumann (11-11) and fifth-seeded East Juniata (8-14).

On the bottom of the bracket, second-seed Muncy (16-6) hosts seventh-seed Cowanesque Valley (8-14) Thursday, and third-seeded Line Mountain (15-7) hosts sixth-seeded Montgomery (8-14) Friday.

The top three advance to the PIAA playoffs.
