DISTRICT 4 WRESTLING: SAYRE'S BROWN THIRD SEED AT 172 AT CLASS AA CHAMPIONSHIPS (February 19, 2026)

WILLIASMPORT — Sayre junior Jordan Brown is the third seed in the 172-pound bracket here this weekend at the District 4, Class AA Wrestling Championships at Williamsport High School.

Warrior Run senior Max Wirnsberger (37-2) is the top seed at 172 pounds, while Montoursville senior Gage Wentzel (39-2) is the second seed.

Brown (20-7) is the third seed and will face the winner of opening-round match between sixth-seeded Nolan Savage (33-6) of Line Mountain and 11th-seeded Logan Miller (14-17) of Central Columbia in the quarterfinals Friday night.

The opening round and quarterfinals will be held Friday night, with wrestling set to start at 5 p.m.

Wrestling begins at 9 a.m. Saturday.
