DISTRICT 4 WRESTLING: ATHENS HAS FIVE TOP-TWO SEEDS AT CLASS 3A CHAMPIONSHIPS (February 19, 2026)

WILLIAMSPORT — Athens will have five wrestlers seeded in the top two this weekend at the District 4, Class AAA Wrestling Championships at Williamsport High School.

Juniors Lucas Persun, Connor Davidson and Brendan Cooke are top seeds in their weight classes, and freshman Chace VanDyke and junior Zaine Campbell are second seeds.

The top three is each weight class will advance to next weekend's North East Regionals at Bethlehem-Liberty High School.

107 Pounds
VanDyke (17-11) is the second seed in the 107-pound bracket. 

CMVT freshman Ryan Milheim (26-2) is the top seed, and Williamsport sophomore Gabe Spagnuolo (7-5) is the third seed.

127 Pounds
Campbell (19-7) is the second seed in the 127-pound weight class.

Williamsport senior Collin Nasedo (15-6) is the top seed, and Shikellamy sophomore Braylon Chestnut (13-8) is the third seed.

133 Pounds
Persun (20-8) is the top seed in the 133-pound bracket.

Sheikellamy junior Keatin Lattimore (18-16) is the second seed, and Williamsport senior Steven Bott (11-13) is the third seed.

139 Pounds
Freshman David Janiszeski (4-4) is the fifth seed in the 139-pound bracket.

Selinsgrove junior Alex Kadryna (32-7) is the top seed, while Shikellamy sophomore Ryder Borich (29-10) is the second seed, and Williamsport junior Lauger Waldman (16-6) is the third seed.

160 Pounds
Senior Ryan Howard (11-14) is the third seed in the 160-pound bracket.

Jersey Shore junior Tobias Morgret (26-10) is the top seed, and Selinsgrove junior Cain Carter (21-12) is the second seed.

172 Pounds
Davidson (23-8) is the top seed in the 172-pound bracket

Jersey Shore senior Jonathan Dincher (22-13) is the second seed, and Selinsgrove junior Hunter Derk (12-16) is the third seed.

189 Pounds
Cooke (23-6) is the top seed in the 189-pound bracket

Jersey Shore senior Riley Kanski (21-12) is the second seed, and Selinsgrove sophomore  Alex Modowar (10-20) is the third seed.

285 Pounds
Senior Brenden Comstock (19-10) is the fourth seed in the 285-pound bracket.

Shikellamy senior Brody Rebuck (33-0) is the top seed, while Selinsgrove senior Jack Peters (27-4) is the second seed, and CMVT junior Brady Benjamin (28-2) is the third seed.
