THE VALLEY — The week begins with the final two Valley hoop teams — Waverly girls and boys — on the road in win-or-go-home Section IV semi-final games, and ends with six wrestlers — four Athens girls, one Athens boy, and one Sayre — in Hershey for the PIAA wrestling champions, and one Tioga athlete on Staten Island for the N.Y. State Indoor Track & Field Championships.

The following are all of the varsity events on this week's schedule:

MONDAY (0)
There are no events on the schedule.

TUESDAY (1)
•  The Waverly girls travel to M-E for a Section IV, Class A semi-final match-up.

WEDNESDAY (1)
•  The Waverly boys hit the road to Oneonta for a Section IV, Class A semi-final match-up.

THURSDAY (1)
•  Athens will have four girls (senior Hanna Rathbun and Leah Nason, junior Joyce Clink, and freshman Skylynn Payne, while Athens (junior Connor Davidson) and Sayre (junior Jordan Brown) will each have one boy in action at Day 1 of the PIAA Wrestling Championships at the Giant Center in Hershey.

FRIDAY (1)
•  It's Day 2 of the PIAA Wrestling Championships at the Giant Center in Hershey.

SATURDAY (2)
•  It's Day 3 of the PIAA Wrestling Championships at the Giant Center in Hershey.

•  Tioga's Gavin Albrecht will be in action at the New York State Indoor Track & Field Championships at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island.
