Valley Sports Report
THE VALLEY — There appears to be a break in the weather with warming temperatures and little chance of rain until next Tuesday, so we should see some high school sports played the remainder of the week.

Wednesday's slate features the renewal of the diamond rivalries between Valley rivals Athens and Sayre, as well as a rematch of the last few IAC Championship games with Tioga softball hosting Union Springs.

The Waverly flag football team also looks to bounce back from a last-second loss to Henninger when it hosts Johnson City.
