NTL TRACK & FIELD: SAYRE'S COLE, MALANOSKI NOTCH WINS IN STORM-SHORTENED MEET (4 PHOTOS) (April 15, 2026)

TROY — Senior Emma Cole and junior Hudson Malanoski each notched another win for Sayre during its tri-meet here against Troy and Wellsboro, but thunderstorms brought an early conclusion to the action.

Cole won the discus with a toss of 84-feet, 8-inches. She was also third in the shot put with a heave of 26-feet, 1-inch.

Malanoski won the shot put with a heave of 44-feet, 6-inches, and sophomore Zach Cross was 12th at 29-feet, 5-inches.

Malanoski was seventh in the discus with a toss of 87-feet, 10-inches, and Cross was 13th at 61-feet, 10 1/2-inches.

Junior Dominik Musick finished third in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.36. He was ninth in the 800-meter run in 2:45.92.

Freshman Lillyana Colon finished ninth in the 200-meter dash in a time of 32.12 seconds.

Colon was 12th in the 100-meter dash in a time of 15.26 seconds, and junior Maryze Rivera was 17th in 17.99 seconds.

Sayre returns to action Tuesday at Towanda.
