IAC TRACK & FIELD: ALBRECHT, ROSSI TRIPLE-WINNER; TIOGA BOYS, GIRLS FALL TO O-M (24 PHOTOS) (April 21, 2026)

TIOGA CENTER — Senior Gavin Albrecht and sophomore Vida Rossi were triple-winners to pace Tioga, but Odessa-Montour used its depth to earn wins in both the IAC Small School track & field boys and girls duals here Tuesday at Haggerty Field.

BOYS
O-M 82, Tioga 59

Albrecht won the 100-meter dash in a time of 11.3 seconds, and senior James Miller was second at 12.2 seconds.

Albrecht won the long jump at 20-feet, 3 1/2-inches, and senior Dominic Palmer was second at 17-feet, 5 1/4-inches.

Albrecht also won the pole vault at 12-feet, 6-inches. He finished third in the high jump at 5-feet, 4-inches.

Miller won the 400-meter run in a time of 54.5 seconds. He also won the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 1:05.3,

Palmer won the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 17.6 seconds

The foursome of Markel Watkins, Joey Wilkinson, Bailey Rugh, and Shane Spiegel won the 400-meter relay in a time of 58.6 seconds

Senior Talon Wood finished second in the 1,600-meter run in a time of 5:26.2. He also placed second in the 800-meter run in 2:33.2, and the 3,200-meter run in 13:07.1.

Rugh finished second in the shot put with a heave of 36-feet, 2-inches, and Watkins was third at 34-feet, 9-inches.

Watkins was second in the discus at 94-feet.

GIRLS
O-M 97, Tioga 36

Rossi won the 100-meter dash in a time of 13.1 seconds, and freshman Natalie Kemp was third at 13.0 seconds.

Rossi won the long jump with a leap of 16-feet, 2 1/2-inches

Rossi and Kemp teamed with freshman Grace Howey and junior Sadie Marshall to win the 400-meter relay in a time of 55.4 seconds.

Freshman Amber Bennett won the pole vault at 6-feet, 6-inches.

Freshman Reese Mills finished second in the 3,000-meter run in a time of 13:01.0. She was third in the 1,500-meter run in a time of 5:56.0.

Kendall Ward finished second in the shot put with a heave of 22-feet, 6-inches.

Junior Sara Prough placed second in the discus at 63-feet, 7-inches, and Ward was third at 54-feet, 4-inches.

Marshall finished third in the 100-meter hurdles in 18.8 seconds, and Kemp finished third in the 400-meter run in 1:13.8.

Bennett finished third in the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 1:19.8, and Seck finished third in the 200-meter dash in a time of 54.9 seconds.

Tioga returns to action Friday at the Blue Devil Relays at Moravia.
